Three plans with a monthly minute allowance and, if your volume goes beyond them, a custom Scale plan. Monthly plans have no minimum term.

Minute allowance: Each plan includes minutes per month. Every call minute, inbound or outbound, and every text conversation draws from the allowance. Unused minutes do not roll over.
Going over: Your agents keep answering: extra minutes are charged to your prepaid balance. If your usage grows steadily, the next plan works out cheaper.
Scale plan: From 4,000 minutes a month, the per-minute price drops by tier from €0.13 to €0.09 (the last tier with an annual commitment). It includes everything in Pro, WhatsApp, 5 concurrent calls, 4 numbers, 5 workspaces and support via a direct Teams channel, and grows with what you need.
Extras: Each extra concurrent call costs €15 a month; each number €4; each workspace €10; each remote extension €5; and each supervision license €19 a month. White label is €250 a month; Telegram, Instagram or Messenger €49 per channel; and Mon-Fri support (8x5) €600 a month. International calls are charged by destination.
